Equipment introduction
3.1 Equipment process
The equipment adopts thermal suction process: the glass is placed flat in the mold cavity, and the heat radiation is used to produce high temperature. When the glass reaches the hot bending processing temperature, the self-weight bending reaches the bottom of the mold, and the vacuum suction at the bottom of the mold absorbs the glass to make it close to the mold cavity, so as to achieve the purpose of glass forming. The whole processing process is completed in a closed space, reducing pollution, safe and stable, low energy consumption, high efficiency.
3.2 Device Structure
It is mainly divided into four parts: high temperature heating chamber with automatic lifting door, bottom heating plate, graphite mold, high temperature radiation heater, control system.
High temperature heating chamber with automatic lift door
The glass molding needs to be operated under high temperature, and the high-temperature heating chamber composed of the insulation board is isolated to ensure the safety of personnel during high temperature operation, reduce the influence of heating by the ambient temperature, improve the heating speed, and control the temperature leakage. When the automatic lifting door is closed, the heating chamber is in a sealed and isolated state.
Bottom heating plate
High flatness bottom heating plate, the mold is placed on the surface of the heating plate constant temperature heating, keep the mold in the required temperature, to meet the process requirements; The mold is fitted and sealed with the surface of the heating plate. The vacuum hole of the mold corresponds to the vacuum hole provided in the heating plate to generate vacuum suction.
Graphite mold
According to the shape of the glass required to be processed, the graphite mold is professionally designed and configured. The mold is made of graphite material to avoid scratches when the glass is hot bending.
High temperature radiant heater
The high temperature radiant heater is used to radiate the glass to make the glass reach the hot bending processing temperature, which has the advantages of fast heating and high heating efficiency.
Control system
Touch screen operation interface, PLC programming control, proportional output temperature control, servo drive high temperature radiation heater lifting, automatic lifting door, vacuum pressure real-time monitoring, nitrogen pressure gauge flow monitoring.
3.3 Operation Process
① Manually put the glass into the mold of the glass forming equipment → ② automatic door closing → ③ high temperature radiation heating → ④ vacuum suction → ⑤ annealing molding → ⑥ automatic door opening → → Manual glass → Cycle ① ~ ⑦
