A diaphragm press is a device commonly used to manufacture printed electronics that can print a variety of graphics and text on a thin film. However, in the process of use, diaphragm presses often encounter some problems. The following is a list of common problems in the use of diaphragm presses, and solutions.

1. Decline in printing quality: When using diaphragm printing machines, sometimes it is found that the printing quality is decreased, and there may be problems such as color errors, overlapping, and blurring. These problems are usually caused by uneven ink, insufficient printing pressure, rough edges and other reasons. The solution is to ensure that the ink is evenly coated on the printing plate, increase the printing pressure appropriately, and correctly adjust the parameters of the printing press.

2. Machine blockage: In the printing process of the diaphragm press, due to the solidification of the ink or the blockage of the film, sometimes the machine blockage can not work normally. The solution is to clean the printing head frequently to prevent the curing ink from blocking the printing head. If it is the blockage of the film, you can stop the machine first to clean up, and then gradually increase the input speed of the film to avoid blocking again.

3. Film breakage: In the use of diaphragm printing machines, film breakage may occur. This is usually caused by poor film quality, improper tension adjustment, or too fast printing speed. The solution is to use a film of reliable quality, properly adjust the tension of the film, and control the printing speed to avoid the fracture of the film.

4. Burr: In the printing process of the diaphragm printing machine, there is sometimes a burr phenomenon, that is, the edge of the pattern or text appears rough. This is usually caused by uneven printing pressure, plate aging or improper use of plate glue. The solution is to increase the printing pressure appropriately, replace the aging plate glue regularly, and use the plate glue rationally to reduce the appearance of burrs.

5. Diaphragm falling off: During the use of diaphragm printing machines, sometimes the diaphragm falls off, that is, the printed pattern or text does not adhere to the film. This is usually caused by the insufficient binding force of the film and the printing plate, poor ink quality or too little printing pressure. The solution is to use a film with high viscosity, choose a reliable quality ink, and increase the printing pressure appropriately to ensure that the printed pattern or text can fully adhere to the film.

6. Mold wear: After using the diaphragm press for a long time, the mold may wear, resulting in a decline in printing quality. The solution is to regularly check and replace the worn mold to ensure the stability of the printing quality.

7. Electronic component failure: The electronic components in the diaphragm press may fail, such as the printing head does not work, the circuit board short circuit and other problems. The solution is to repair or replace the faulty electronic components in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

The above is the common problems and solutions in the use of diaphragm printing press, of course, there are other possible problems, such as mechanical failure, power problems, etc., need to be handled according to the specific situation. The most important thing is that users should keep the equipment clean when using the diaphragm press, adjust the parameters, and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures to ensure the normal operation of the diaphragm press and the stability of the printing quality.
